What a good country buffet restaurant in nest building in tiny Warm Springs, Georgia! All the traditional favorites the two lunches we recently enjoyed there. Fried chicken, beef stew , baked chicken, fried catfish, chicken livers, and a variety of good veggies such as Lima beans, turnip greens, snap peas. Fresh biscuits, fried green tomatoes and fried apples were very good. Soup of the day one lunch was a chicken stew that was simply delicious. The other lunch we went to had vegetable soup that was good but not as good as that chicken stew was. The desserts looked great but we did not try any after the buffet lunches we had. See their weekly menus online as the dishes served change from day to day. The person in charge of keeping the buffet stocked did a great job, never any empty dishes. Last but not least, the servers, hosts and check out people were all friendly and very good at their jobs. If you are in this part of Georgia, don't miss Bullock House.

Accidentally found the Bulloch House by just stopping in to see this little town. The place is so cute. At lunch time they had a nice buffet of good southern real food. We wanted vegetables and a salad and they had all that. Nice service and all the people we interacted with were so friendly. Check them out if you are the Callaway Gardens area.

There were 17 people in our party and the service was fantastic. This is a buffet so if there's something out just wait a minute while they replenish. Everything was very tasty. Highly recommend the salmon and the biscuits. I wish I'd tried the cornbread but I was stuffed! The catfish was very good. I had the coconut cake for dessert and it was exceptional. Highly recommend stopping for great food! Staff are really friendly and eager to make your visit wonderful! It's a nicely renovated building with some of the old charm still intact. Our party was separated into 2 tables but it didn't bother us at all. It's worth a stop if you're in the area.

If you want a good meal that reminds you of good country cooking, then the Bulloch House is the place to eat. They offered a large selection of food that was fresh, and delicious. The fried chicken was so crispy and juicy. The fried green tomatoes were also a hit. What I really liked and had to try twice was the squash casserole. Lastly, I had a large piece of caramel cake which was my first try and that was a 10 out of 10! I am so glad we had this opportunity to eat here. The service was great and the restaurant.

If you're in the area this is a great lunch destination. You cannot beat the very, very reasonable price and there is a great variety of offerings on the buffet. And it's a cool venue. The fried chicken and fried green tomatoes are excellent. The fried apple rings too. Though we did not take advantage of it there is a well provisioned salad bar with all kinds of interesting items. One caveat... both visits yesterday and today at opening time at 11:00 all of the vegetable and sides were barely, barely warm. And halfway through our meal were rendered unpalatably cold. This was true of the corn bread and biscuits also. I did not see this in any of my research before visiting, but they do serve wine and beer. I have posted the menu for you. The servers and staff are super cordial and attentive. Great Southern hospitality. Y'all go.
